IND 2302 - Lighting Design

3 Credits

Teaches and applies basic knowledge of interior lighting technology and design. Content includes lamp classifications, color rendition, how lighting sources effect perception of space, how to compute and control proper lighting levels, and how to communicate design information by means of a reflected ceiling plan and luminaire schedule focusing on both residential and commercial interiors. This course must be completed with a grade of “C” or better. Note: This course was previously listed as IND 225.
