Introduces the responsibilities of the Community Paramedic (CP) for gathering appropriate patient/client information and maintaining accurate records, including documentation of encounters between the CP and the patient/client. The course presents information about the CP’s role in assessing health care needs and appraising health care conditions. Note: This course was previously listed as EMS 430.
