EDU 2641 - Post-Secondary Faculty Mentoring

Introduces concepts and skills in mentoring post-secondary faculty instructors in an institution of higher education. This course explores dimensions of effective mentoring, establishing respectful mentoring relationships within post-secondary settings, stages in the mentoring relationship, applying tools for assessment of teaching practices, and practicing constructive feedback techniques.
